Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
