Responsibility
- Verify and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain and organize financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledger entries.
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper coding and classification.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including financial reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of financial documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support budgeting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax documents and regulatory reports.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
