Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
