Responsibility
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in tax planning and compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax filings.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, tax, or internal audit roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
