Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure all journal entries are recorded accurately and timely.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and other financial standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements with precision.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized company.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and GAAP.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in payroll processing and vendor management is highly desirable.
