Responsibility
- Financial Leadership: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations, coordinating with internal/external auditors.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, automation, and workflows to enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Sales) to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Mitigate financial risks by establishing robust internal controls and conducting regular reviews.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with actionable insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA/CMA certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in accounting leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or multinational corporations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and financial modeling.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS, Indonesian tax laws, and corporate compliance.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in financial data.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
