Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of financial documents to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
