Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Optimize accounting systems and software to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive profitability and cost optimization.
- Manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and intercompany transactions with precision.
- Mentor and lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial management, or audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
- Experience working in multinational companies or remote teams is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
