Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial administration, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports for corporate and FNB (Food & Beverage) divisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in budget forecasting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow and flag discrepancies to management for resolution.
- Implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration, preferably in a corporate or FNB environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
