Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal postings, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning to support business decisions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, expense reports, and financial transactions to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
