Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial reporting in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals and business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and compliance with local and national financial regulations.
- Mentor and supervise finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with at least 2 years in a Senior Accounting/Finance role.
- Proven experience in the hospitality, real estate, or luxury service industry is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software, and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and GAAP.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to prepare reports and presentations in both languages.
