Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize financial performance.
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance team productivity and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-growing companies is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
