Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger (GL), ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support budgeting/forecasting processes.
- Conduct financial audits and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Generate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and present insights to senior management.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and advise the company on potential financial impacts.
- Assist in implementing accounting software upgrades or new financial systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tax reporting and GL management.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Experience working in a multinational or remote team is advantageous.
