Responsibility
- Manage and oversee revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with a focus on revenue and cost accounting.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and reconcile revenue and cost accounts, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Support tax planning and compliance activities, working closely with tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on revenue recognition and cost accounting.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance with international accounting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams or projects.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial management.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
