Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Mentor and train junior finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax supervision, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and accounting principles.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage a team and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
