Responsibility
- Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting practice and industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
