Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer insights to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and present pricing reports and analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to pricing.
- Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in pricing management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey pricing strategies to stakeholders.
- Proficient in using pricing software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of pricing analysts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
