Responsibility
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including receipts, disbursements, and bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as the BIR and other financial authorities.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
- Streamline accounting processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
