Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of retail outlets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify operational gaps and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to implement corrective actions and best practices.
- Monitor and report on audit findings, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assess inventory management, sales processes, and customer service standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations across all outlets.
- Develop and maintain audit checklists, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Provide training and support to store teams on compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail auditing, compliance, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
- Knowledge of retail industry standards and regulations.
