Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Handle administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid decision-making.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial and administrative inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local financial regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
