Responsibility
- Process payroll for employees across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and W-2 forms.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP) is a plus.
