Responsibility
- Oversee the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Analyze cost data and financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure data integrity.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification as a CPA or equivalent is a plus.
