Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with HR personnel and external payroll providers to meet payroll deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP) is a plus.
