Responsibility
- Maintain and manage a full set of accounts, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and CPF contributions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence related to financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements, including GST/VAT and corporate tax filings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to full-set accounts management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, CPF contributions, and tax regulations in Indonesia or Singapore.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
