Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end accounting processes for outsourced clients, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients, identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory audits for assigned clients.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or outsourcing role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts under tight deadlines.
- Experience in a multinational or consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team mentorship.
