Responsibility
- Oversee and manage financial record-keeping for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support client decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and mitigate financial risks.
- Provide expert financial advice and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, adhering to Indonesian and international tax regulations.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with management consultants to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or advisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations; familiarity with IFRS is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a consulting or advisory capacity is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
