Responsibility
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting to ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Lead financial system improvements and automation initiatives to streamline processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and cost control measures to enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations. Familiarity with IFRS is advantageous.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and internal controls.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
