Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee financial consolidation for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and addressing findings proactively.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance governance and mitigate risks.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and cost optimization.
- Ensure tax compliance and work closely with tax advisors to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support liquidity and financial planning.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance under IFRS and local GAAP.
- Strong knowledge of audit processes, internal controls, and risk management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience in a multinational or publicly listed company is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
