Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal adjustments, and month-end closings.
- Monitor and reconcile all project transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, client invoicing, and collections.
- Track and analyze cost expenditures, providing insights to optimize budget allocation and financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payroll processing, and adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial controls, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, financial planning, and strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work setting is highly desirable.
