Responsibility
- Conduct thorough credit evaluations for new and existing clients to minimize financial risk.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies with clients in a professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, aging accounts, and credit risks.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in credit and collections.
- Utilize CRM and accounting software to track interactions and manage workflows efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Indonesian or Philippine financial regulations is a plus.
