Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger entries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and submitting monthly/annual tax returns (PPN, PPh, etc.) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Perform account reconciliation for bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Monitor and record financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payroll, using accounting software.
- Generate financial reports (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow) for management review and audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in audit preparations by organizing documentation and resolving discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems like Zahir).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPN, PPh 21/23, etc.) and GAAP standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in audit support and internal controls is highly desirable.
