Responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounting functions.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
