Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance for the company and its employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize financial systems and software to improve automation, scalability, and data integrity.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions to maintain strong relationships and secure favorable terms.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and financial planning to support business expansion and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a fast-paced SME environment.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting with a track record of improving financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, QuickBooks, or similar financial software; experience with construction industry tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hands-on approach to financial management.
