Responsibility
- Lead and execute end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of auditors, fostering professional growth through coaching, performance feedback, and skill development.
- Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments, scoping, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Liaise with senior management and stakeholders to present audit findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Oversee financial statement reviews, internal controls testing, and fraud risk assessments to mitigate organizational risks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring audit methodologies align with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tax, advisory) to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to firm and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role within a public accounting firm.
- Proven expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and local Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK knowledge is a plus).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing audit teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA, ACL) and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
