We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain accurate accounting records. Based in Denpasar, Badung, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting. Responsibility
- Prepare, process, and verify financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (PPN, PPh, etc.) and other statutory obligations.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support budgeting/forecasting activities.
- Archive financial documents systematically for audit and reference purposes.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or financial reporting, preferably in the construction, procurement, or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/26, etc.) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience with ERP systems or procurement accounting is highly desirable.
