Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting thorough reviews and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial data analysis and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Streamline financial reporting processes by implementing best practices and leveraging automation tools.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all financial reports adhere to the latest compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
