Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee full plant finance operations, including cost accounting, taxation, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business profitability and sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
- Manage and optimize ERP systems to streamline financial processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Proven experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
