Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance department to ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Prepare and file monthly tax returns, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance team performance and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
