Responsibility
- Lead the development, coordination, and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections for business units.
- Collaborate with Group Finance and FP&A teams to ensure alignment with corporate financial goals and reporting standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior management with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to operational teams, providing strategic guidance on cost optimization, revenue growth, and investment decisions.
- Drive process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business cases, M&A activities, or capital expenditure evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls.
- Mentor junior finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling using tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Hyperion.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into business insights.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
