Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements in Indonesia.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
