Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations for outsourcing clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making for clients.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the quality and efficiency of accounting services.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in an outsourcing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
