Responsibility
- Manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, preparing and filing accurate tax returns.
- Conduct internal and external audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or diverse cultural setting is advantageous.
