Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor internal controls and implement processes to mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business optimization.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate tax filings and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
