Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of all transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in tax planning and preparation, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia or Singapore.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multinational companies.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
