Responsibility
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions for completeness.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile financial data.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance/accounting is a plus.
