Responsibility
- Prepare and file global income tax returns in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax issues affecting multinational operations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations across key jurisdictions and assess their impact on the business.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance to align with OECD and local requirements.
- Assist in tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Maintain and update tax records and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; a Master’s degree or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a multinational or Big 4 environment.
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles, transfer pricing, and GAAP/IFRS.
- Experience with tax software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a strong advantage.
