Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient asset tracking and management system to monitor company assets across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular audits of physical and digital assets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and minimization of loss or misuse.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and procurement teams to reconcile asset records with financial statements and inventory databases.
- Identify and report discrepancies, investigate irregularities, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed asset reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, depreciation, and replacement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards for asset management and control.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance asset utilization, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
- Train and educate staff on asset management best practices and the proper use of company resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, internal audit, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of asset tracking software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to risk management.
