Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Lead and supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Manage SAP system operations, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting to optimize financial workflows.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile accounts to maintain data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory requirements.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management to aid in decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a multinational or corporate setting is highly advantageous.
