Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Support tax compliance by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with tax advisors.
- Generate financial reports (e.g., P&L, balance sheets) for management review.
- Process payroll and ensure timely, accurate payments to employees and vendors.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, Brevet A/B) is a strong asset.
