Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, forecasts, and budget variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements in Indonesia.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
- Implement and optimize accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll processes is a bonus.
